The special feature of this exclusive version is that each lampshade is made of four layers of mouth-blown glass ( the first layer of clear glass is polished on the outside, the second layer of terracotta-colored glass, the third layer of opalescent glass, and the fourth layer of clear glass is frosted on the inside ) , terracotta The colored glass lampshade is paired with an antique brass lamp body, making the organic lines of the lamp more outstanding.

The manufacturing process of the lampshade is very complicated and the following steps must be followed to ensure that the glass lampshade meets the required quality standards:

• The glass needs to be carefully processed layer by layer, and each layer needs to be annealed (slowly cooled) to prevent stress from developing in the glass
• Glassblowers use a variety of tools, molds and techniques to shape glass, including blowing and turning it into the desired shape
• The upper glass shade is made from hand-blown round glass cut in half
• Once the glass has completely cooled, additional processes such as cutting and polishing are performed to refine its edges and overall appearance. The interior of the lampshade needs to be sandblasted by hand to create a soft reflective effect when the lamp is lit.

Due to the special manufacturing process, the glass of each lamp is unique. There will be slight variations in color and weight, and the glass shade may contain small bubbles - marks resulting from the manufacturing process that reflect the exquisite craftsmanship of the PH 2/1 table lamp 2024 limited edition.

The brass parts of the limited edition 2024 PH 2/1 table lamp are manufactured using casting, extrusion and pressing techniques, and each metal element is finely polished to form a fine structure. The original brass and timely coating treatment darken the surface. The PH signature is presented in the original brass color at the bottom of the oxidized surface, which is highly collectible .
