Juyatang is the officially authorized Taiwan agent for Louis Poulsen, Kristalia, MD House, Muuto, Mattiazzi, Bolzan, Tacchini, Lapalma, Gardeco and other brands.

Anyone who purchases the above-mentioned brand products with Juyatang can enjoy after-sales service and the following product warranty.

Warranty period

2-year warranty starting from the date of invoice issuance

Warranty coverage

Warranty for original products that are not damaged by man-made or natural disasters

Warranty process

Product testing -> Juyatang provides testing information and product information to the original manufacturer -> The original manufacturer determines the scope of warranty and repairs -> If it is determined to meet the warranty conditions, Juyatang professional technicians authorized by the original manufacturer will perform repairs.

Warranty fee

• During the warranty period, if it is determined to be non-human damage and it meets the original product warranty conditions, testing and parts costs will be free of charge.
• If the product is outside the warranty period or is identified as man-made or natural disaster damage by the original manufacturer, and does not meet the warranty conditions of the original product, Juyatang can still provide original parts and professional maintenance services. The testing and maintenance costs are borne by the customer.

Other warranty conditions

• Light bulbs and battery parts are consumables and are not covered by the original product warranty.
• Charge type lamp, the lithium battery has a 1-year original factory warranty, and other parts have a 2-year warranty.
• If there are any special product warranty conditions, the conditions of the contract established by both parties shall prevail.
