The Constantin candlestick is a work named by artist Tatiana Queiroz after Constantin Brâncusi, the most influential Romanian sculptor of the 20th century. Brâncusi's sculptures focus on the essence of objects, always incorporating geometry into his works.
Inspired by the pioneers of modernism, Tatiana Queiroz's Constantin candlesticks are made from soapstone ground into geometric shapes.
Soapstone comes in different colors such as light beige, bright blue and silver gray. It is a stone with natural holes. It should be avoided to contain water or any other liquid when used.
