Nordic standing lamp Yuh won the 2018 iF Product Design Gold Award
Yuh is the pronunciation form of You, which has the symbolic meaning of "your voice".
The design team GamFratesi attempts to fuse tradition and innovation. Designers Stine Gam and Enrico Fratesi use classic Danish furniture craftsmanship and traditional Italian construction methods knowledge and concepts, incorporating the materials and technologies they choose to conduct design experiments and implementations. This led to the birth of Yuh.
The Nordic standing lamp Yuh series provides glare-free angled lighting. The angle of the lamp head can be adjusted to optimize light distribution. The light-transmitting design on the top of the lampshade provides soft upward lighting for the ambient light source. The structural design can be rotated and lifted. When the light source is scaled, personalization makes the replacement of light possible.
The Yuh series is available in table lamps, standing lamps, and wall lamps.
