The Munkegaard ceiling lamp is a Nordic simple design lamp designed by the famous Danish architectural giant Arne Jacobsen in 1955 for the Munkegårdsskolen school in Søborg, Denmark. The Munkegaard ceiling lamp looks like a disc attached to the ceiling. It is the first recessed ceiling lamp. , the minimalist and exquisite design is just like Arne Jacobsen's architectural technique. The double-layered lampshade made of glass and acrylic ensures even and softly dispersed light, and the hanging-free ceiling design gives the illusion of a higher space.
