The Flindt outdoor column light was developed by Christian Flindt, a designer/architect who won the Danish Design Award in 2019, in collaboration with Louis Poulsen. Flindt The outdoor pole light projects a direct downward light source on one side, and the organically shaped aperture creates illumination that covers nearly 180 degrees. The top of this lamp is built with two sets of chip-on-chip (COB) LEDs and is designed to prevent direct glare. The column lamp can be rotated horizontally by 20 degrees, and the lamp base of the column lamp can be locked to the ground after installation and positioning.

Flindt The sculptured lamp body design of the outdoor column lamp series originated in 2011. It was originally designed for an exhibition held in the park adjacent to the Kunsthal Brænderigården, the predecessor of the Danish Art Museum Viborg Kunsthal. The original unique design received unanimous praise, and was subsequently developed by Louis Poulsen and Christian Flindt. The material, lighting and luminous efficiency were optimized and improved, and it was relaunched at the Lighting Architecture Exhibition in Frankfurt in 2014. The simple aesthetic appearance provides functional and comfortable lighting. During the day, it is an elegant and perfect partner for gardens, urban parks and outdoor spaces. At night, it transforms into an important lighting corner for creating light and shadow levels in outdoor spaces.
