The name of the Tuile sofa comes from the French tile biscuit, which has the same shape as the roof tiles. It was inspired by the French single chair wizard Patrick Norguet when he stared at the roof. The shape of the Tuile backrest and armrests is derived from this. The sofa is as its name goes.
