The VL45 Radiohus glass chandelier was originally designed by Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen in the 1940s for the Danish Broadcasting House (Radiohuset). The classic and elegant combination of brass and opalescent mouth-blown glass is its main feature. Louis Poulsen relaunched it in 2016. In order to continue the master’s classic design, Louis Poulsen will launch the limited-edition Pale Rose series during the Milan Exhibition in 2023. Juyatang is the exclusive original authorized channel in Taiwan.
Vilhelm Lauritzen, who has been studying light in depth since the 1920s, is a master of the art of combining materials and light. The lamps he designed are still rare treasures in the Danish antique auction market today. To this end, Louis Poulsen followed Vilhelm Lauritzen 's original design and used a three-layer mouth-blown glass structure to create the VL45 RADIOHUS glass chandelier. The rounded lampshade guides the light source to shine downward, providing bright and glare-free lighting. It is pure and simple, becoming Everyday design vocabulary.
